MINUTES OF THE JOINT STEERING COMMITTEE MEETING
held in Mining and Metallurgy Institute Bor, Zeleni bulevar 35, 19210 Bor, Serbia,on 30th August 2019 at 09:00 to 11:00 between:
– The Lead Partner of the Project RORS-308, the Politehnica University of Timisoara, Timisoara, Romania (UPT); and
– The Partner of the Project RORS-308, the Mining and Metallurgy Institute Bor, Bor, Serbia (MMI Bor).
The main topics of the meeting are the following:
1. Discussion about the outputs of the no. 1 Workshop held in Bor, in 29th August 2019.
2. Delivery of the original copy of MMI Bor Contracting Plan to the Lead Partner.
3. Planning of activities and discussion about agenda of the Opening Conference that will take place in Timisoara, in September 5th 2019.
4. Discussion about the progress of the study regarding the pollution by mining activity of the cross-border areas and its impact on human population and biodiversity.
5. Discussion on the realized and further media activities.
6. Discussion about sample collecting and methods for their analysis.
7. Discussion about the progress of the network forming.
